An update on Logan and everything else

I went to the doctor today and everything is still going well :) Dr. Butler said that I'm measuring right about 34 weeks and Logan seems to be just shy of 5 pounds, so he's right on track. My doctor is planning on inducing around 39 weeks, so in just over a month now Logan should be here!

The belly at 33 weeks

Eric came to visit this past weekend and we got to spend our 2nd anniversary together which was really, really nice. We had an AMAZING dinner at P.F. Chang's and took it easy the rest of the time. We also went and met Dr. Gray, who will be Logan's pediatrician. We both liked him a lot and feel very comfortable with the office set-up, his healthcare philosophies, and his demeanor. Overall, we're happy with our choice :)

Other than all that, I'm staying very busy studying for my certification test on Saturday. Once I pass this test, I'll be able to be hired on as a full-time teacher (but I'll wait until at least the summer to start working full-time). I also went to my substitute orientation today so I will be able to start working as a substitute teacher next week if I want. I'm probably going to wait until after Logan's here though, mainly because I'm having a lot of issues with back pain and all, and I don't want to risk getting sick right at the end of my pregnancy (which I'm sure would happen being around a lot of kids this time of year). But anyways, I've got the training out of the way now so I can start when I'm ready.

There's not a lot else going on... My baby shower with my family and friends here in Texas is next Saturday, so that will be fun :) Um, I think that's it for now. Take care, all!
